Terrie McKay - Relief Certified Supervisor
Hi I’m Terrie, and I’m thrilled to have joined the warm and friendly team at Country Kids.
From a young age, I always knew I wanted to work with children. I studied and completed my early childhood degree at USQ in Toowoomba. I have been working in childcare since 2006 and have found every year to be more rewarding than the last. I love that every day children find a new way to surprise you with just how clever and special they really are.
I have a unique family that consists of a husband, a beautiful staffy dog that never stops talking and a goat that thinks it’s a dog, but still likes to eat everything. I love spending time with family and friends camping, fishing and doing archery.
I ‘m excited about taking on the position of Group Leader in the Numbat Nursery, and I look forward to getting to know your children and their families. Please feel free to talk to me about every part of your child’s day, as every moment is special, and important for children to play and grow.
